Hi, my name is Iris Shuster and I am associated with HomeLife/Bayview Realty Inc. I have been in the real estate field since 1994, helping and guiding people in determining which house would best serve their needs.

Prior to my career in real estate, I worked as a Practical Industrial Engineer in the aircraft industry for fifteen years. I decided to leave the engineering field since I love to work with and assist people, and real estate allows me to achieve this. I serve my clients' interests in the Thornhill, Richmond Hill, and Toronto districts. As I have mentioned, I love working with people and often my clients complement me that I am very sincere in my job and they feel I want the best for them. As a result, a lot of my clients have turned into good friends of mine and I keep in touch with them even after our business deals.

I have extensive skills in marketing. More specifically how to best present your house to the public, including suggestions on repairs and cosmetic work. I also have extensive knowledge of the marketplace. Finally, I have acquired excellent negotiating skills, that is, constant interaction throughout a business deal.
